What to Expect

This 6-month program is designed for high potential leaders to take their leadership and business results to the next level. The structure includes monthly group sessions for 3 hours, monthly coaching sessions with an assigned professional coach and a monthly buddy session. This structure is designed to implement your vision and strategy while having real-time coaching to customize your journey. Each session delivers new breakthrough leadership competencies, identifies strategic pathways forward, celebrates small wins and serves as an accountability structure to ensure your success.
